By accessing or using the Business-Be platform (business-be.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Business-Be Pty Ltd, a licensed bookmaker under Racing NSW. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and physically located in Australia to use our services. It is illegal in Australia for interactive wagering services to be provided to persons under 18. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time and to suspend your account pending verification.
Employees of Business-Be Pty Ltd, their immediate family members, and persons registered on the Betstop National Self-Exclusion Register are not eligible to hold an account.
You may hold only one account with Business-Be. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice and any funds held will be subject to review. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your details promptly if they change. Provision of false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Minimum deposit: $10. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer (BPAY), PayID, and POLi. Deposits are processed immediately. Business-Be does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Withdrawals are processed to your verified bank account within 1–2 business days. Same-day processing is available via PayID. Minimum withdrawal: $10. First-time withdrawals require ID verification. Business-Be reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.
All bets are accepted subject to our Betting Rules, available on our website. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void bets at our discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, collusion, or abuse of promotions.
Multi bets combine multiple selections; all legs must win for the bet to pay. SGM bets combine markets within a single event. Correlated selections within the same event may be rejected or have their odds adjusted. Maximum SGM payout is $500,000.
Cash Out is available on eligible markets at the current market price and is subject to availability. Business-Be may suspend Cash Out during live play, system maintenance, or in unusual market circumstances. Cash Out values are calculated in real-time and may fluctuate rapidly.
Promotions are subject to individual terms including minimum odds, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. Bonus bets cannot be withdrawn as cash; only winnings from bonus bets are withdrawable. Business-Be reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Business-Be platform, including software, odds data, design, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Business-Be Pty Ltd and protected by Australian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business-Be's liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant event. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes should first be directed to our support team. If unresolved within 30 days, you may escalate to the NSW Office of Responsible Gambling or the relevant state regulator. Legal proceedings must be commenced in the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
