Self-Help Tools
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
Limits are applied immediately when reduced and can only be increased
after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period, protecting you from
impulsive decisions.
Bet Limits
Restrict the maximum amount you can wager per bet or per day. Available
across all market types including sports, racing, and multi-bets.
Time Limits and Session Reminders
Set limits on your wagering session duration. We will notify you when
your session time has elapsed, helping you take a break and assess your
activity objectively.
Loss Limits
Cap the maximum losses you are willing to accept over a set period. Once
reached, your account is automatically suspended from wagering for the
remainder of that period.
Self-Exclusion
You may request a self-exclusion from Business-Be at any time for
periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During
self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive

National Self-Exclusion — BetStop

National Support Services
Our Internal Safeguards
Business-Be's compliance team monitors accounts for indicators of
problem gambling, including rapidly escalating bet sizes, extended
continuous play sessions, and irregular deposit-to-withdrawal patterns.
Where concerns are identified, we may proactively contact you to offer
support, apply account restrictions, or initiate a welfare check.
All Business-Be staff complete mandatory responsible gambling training
on commencement and annually thereafter. Our compliance obligations are
overseen by Racing NSW and audited on a regular basis.
