Business-Be is an Australian-owned and operated sports wagering platform, purpose-built to deliver a smarter, cleaner, and more trustworthy betting experience for Australian sports fans. We launched as a fully licensed bookmaker under Racing NSW, with a mission to bring institutional-grade reliability to everyday punters.

Our founding team has deep roots in Australian fintech, sports analytics, and regulatory compliance. Our Team

Business-Be employs over 90 people across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane in roles spanning product, technology, compliance, customer support, trading, and marketing. Our leadership team brings experience from Australia's leading financial services, technology, and media companies.

Licensing and Compliance

Business-Be is operated by Business-Be Pty Ltd, a licensed bookmaker of Racing NSW. Our licence number is available on request and listed with the NSW Liquor & Gaming Authority. All gambling operations are conducted in compliance with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), applicable state and territory legislation, and Racing NSW rules.

We are an Approved Wagering Partner of Racing NSW, NRL, AFL, Football Australia, Rugby Australia, Racing Queensland, Tasracing, Racing Victoria, Racing and Wagering WA, Thoroughbred Park (ACT), and The Races (SA/WA).

Community and Sponsorship

Business-Be believes in giving back to the communities and sporting codes that fuel Australia's love of sport. Technology and Security

Our platform is built on a cloud-native architecture with 99.9% uptime SLA. All customer data is encrypted using 256-bit AES at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We undergo annual penetration testing by an independent third party. All customer funds are held in dedicated segregated trust accounts, separate from Business-Be's operating capital.
